About. Mohandoss Law

VEENA MOHANDOSS is a seasoned immigration practitioner, with a focus on corporate immigration. She represents individuals, as well as a wide variety of employers who wish to sponsor individuals, advising them on business-related immigration matters involving the recruitment, hiring, transfer, and retention of foreign nationals in the United States. As well as business immigration, she has experience with citizenship and naturalization applications. Ms. Mohandoss has worked with individuals from all over the world to provide cross-border solutions. She has also represented Pro Bono clients in asylum and special immigrant juvenile cases.

Ms. Mohandoss is admitted to practice in the State of New York. Ms. Mohandoss earned her Juris Doctor degree from Columbia University in 2005, and earned her Master in Public Policy from Harvard University in 2002. She also graduated from Johns Hopkins University in 1998.

Ms. Mohandoss currently serves on the New York City Bar's Immigration and Nationality Committee, and is a member of AILA.
